Beer soaked chocolate – 65% dark

Description

This bar is the result of a collaboration with the Aeronaut Brewery in Somerville. Ecuador cacao nibs were finished (soaked) along with vanilla beans in a cask aged Baltic porter beer for several days. The nibs were then reclaimed, dried out, and refined into a dark chocolate.
